I AM EMANUEL CARLOS SILVA DELGADO
Having grown up with an entrepreneurial wine merchant as a father and a family who are fanatical about food, music and entertaining, I have always loved a good party! I recall being blown away by an event I worked at as a waitress for a prestigious catering company at the age of 16 years old and thinking, “this is what I want to do.”
With endless amounts of energy, a love of people and creativity, I had found my calling. After gaining as much experience as I could, working with numerous catering and event companies, I decided to take the leap and set up on my own and have never looked back!
